No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 large egg, beaten
1 (7 oz.) package Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 (8 ½ oz.) can cream-style corn
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch cast iron skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in order listed in large bowl; stir until blended. Pour into prepared skillet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
