Ingredients
No-stick cooking spray
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 packages Martha White Yellow Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1 cup milk
8 ounces sour cream
Instructions
Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray bottom only of 9-inch square pan with no-stick cooking spray. Melt butter in small skillet. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.
Combine cooked onion and all remaining ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
