Ingredients
1 package Martha White Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Mini muffin pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven while it’s heating up.
Mix together the Martha White Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix, milk, oil, honey, and egg in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in pecans.
Place mixture in the mini muffin pan.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
