Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
2 (7.4 oz.) packages Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
2/3 cup quick oats
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375°F. Combine butter, milk, and muffin mix in a medium bowl; stir until well blended. Stir in oats and pecans. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes; remove from the cookie sheet.
