Easy Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

No-Stick Cooking Spray

2 (7.4 oz.) packages Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix

1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed

6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

1 large egg, beaten

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark, nonstick pan). Spray bottom of 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.

Combine muffin mix and brown sugar in large bowl; stir to blend evenly. Add butter, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended.

Stir in pecans. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until light golden brown, edges slightly browner and center still slightly soft. Cool and cut into bars.
