Ingredients
1 package Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 can of your favorite chili
1 cup mixed blend cheese
1 tablespoon butter
10” cast iron skillet
Instructions
Heat oven to 450° F and place cast iron while heating up until hot, about 8 minutes.
In a mixing bowl combine Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread mix, milk and egg until smooth.
Place butter in hot cast iron and swirl around to melt and coat.
Pour batter into skillet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and pour chili over top and spread in an even layer.
Top with cheese and place back into the oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Slice and serve with some sour cream.
