Ingredients
2 packages Martha White Brownie Bites
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Muffin pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
Combine both packages of Martha White Brownie Bites mixes, eggs, and oil in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Place batter in the prepared muffin pan until 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with some crumb.
While brownie bites are cooling, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth. (If too runny, add more powdered sugar. If too dry, add some peanut butter.)
Scoop and roll peanut butter mixture and place on top of cooled brownie bites.
Add chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Drizzle chocolate over the top of brownies and enjoy, y'all!
