Ingredients
2 packages Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine muffin mix, softened butter, egg and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir until evenly moistened. Stir in nuts. Drop by tablespoonful on baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely.
