Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray
2 (21 oz) cans fruit pie filling, any flavor
1 1/2 cups Martha White Self-Rising Flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray an 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish lightly with no-stick cooking spray. Pour pie filling into the prepared baking dish; spread evenly.
Combine flour and sugar in a medium bowl; mix well. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed; stir just until smooth. Pour batter over the pie filling in the baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool.
