Ingredients
3 (7 oz.) packages Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs, beaten
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9"×9″ baking pan with nonstick baking spray and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine muffin mix, softened butter, and beaten eggs. Stir until the mixture comes together into a soft dough.
Spoon two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan and press it into an even layer. Scatter the chocolate chips over the dough. Drop the remaining dough over the chocolate chips in small crumbles, trying to cover as much of the surface as possible.
Bake until the dough is puffed and golden, about 25 minutes.
Transfer the pan to a baking rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice into squares and enjoy.
