Ingredients
No-stick cooking spray
1 (6 oz.) package Martha White Buttermilk Cornbread & Muffin Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup chunky salsa
1 tablespoon chopped canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 450ºF. Spray an 8-inch cast iron skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine cornbread mix and milk in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in salsa, chipotle, and cheese. Pour into prepared skillet.
Bake or 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
