Basic Brownies
2 (7.4 oz) packages Martha White Brownie Bites mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 8×8″ baking pan with nonstick baking spray. In a medium bowl, stir together Martha White Brownie Bites mix, eggs, and oil, mixing until just combined. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake until set and shiny on top, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool at least 20 minutes before slicing.
