Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Directions

  1. COMBINE butter and chocolate until well blended. Blend in powdered sugar, sour cream and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
