Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- COMBINE butter and chocolate until well blended. Blend in powdered sugar, sour cream and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
