Rustic Parmesan Herb Bread

Serving size: 1 loaf

Ingredients:

1 (7 oz.) package Martha White® Extra Rich Buttermilk Biscuits
1 (6 oz.) package Martha White® Buttermilk Cornbread Mix
1/3 cup 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or rosemary
OR 1 teaspoon dried dill or rosemary
1 (8 oz.) cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. (350°F. for dark pans). Grease bottom of 8x4-inch loaf pan. In medium mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, cornbread mix, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and herbs. Add sour cream, milk and eggs; blend well. Spoon into prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.

2. Bake at 375°F. (350°F. for dark pans) for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
