4 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 (8.5 oz) can cream-style corn
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, undrained
1 package Martha White® Mexican Cornbread Mix
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased baking dish.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
