Quick and Easy Peach and Berry Biscuit Cobbler

Ingredients:

Filling:
3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
1 cup raspberries
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Crust:
1 (7oz.) package Martha White® Extra Rich Buttermilk Biscuits
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup milk

Preparation Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400° F. In large bowl, combine filling ingredients; mix well. Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish or other shallow 2-quart casserole.

2. In large bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Pour and spread batter over fruit.

3. Bake at 400° F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool slightly. Serve warm. 8 servings.
