4 cups Martha White® All-Purpose Flour
2 cups sugar
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled
2 1/2 cups regular or chunky applesauce
1. Heat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except butter and applesauce; mix well. Stir in butter and applesauce until well mixed. (Batter will be thick.) Spoon batter evenly into greased pan.
2. Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; place on wire rack. Cool at least 1 hour or until completely cooled.
